Exceptional results
MGNM achieved phenomenal results this year, helping many to access meaningful employment pathways and empowering YUMI people with the skills to drive self-determination.
Performance results were released, showing MGNM receiving a performance rating of 88.58% between January and October 2024. This result stands well above the national provider average of 78.3%.
MGNM also achieved 100% of the program’s Regional Employment Targets (RETs), which measures the program’s ability to support sustainable employment outcomes beyond 6 months.
April 2025
In NIAA’s Community Development Program (CDP) Regional Data report for 2024-2025, MGNM recorded 414 placements, the highest number of employment placements nationwide. This was 101 more people than the next top-performing region.
MGNM also recorded the highest number of 13- and 26-week outcomes of any CDP region in the country, with 160 and 127 outcomes respectively.
